YDP Application

 

YOUNG DELEGATE PROGRAM Application

 The Young Delegates Program (YDP) aims to support young scientists and engineers with limited financial resources by enabling their participation in IFToMM technical conferences.

We are pleased to announce that the IFToMM Executive Council will award three (3) YDP grants for EFI-MMS 2026. Each grant amounts to USD 500 and will be used to cover conference registration fees as part of the overall attendance costs for the selected beneficiaries.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be under 37 years old in the year of the conference

  • Be affiliated with an institution from an IFToMM Member Organization (MO)

  • Be the author of an accepted paper at EFI-MMS 2026

Application Procedure

Applications must be submitted by email before Jannuary 31th, 2026 to: iftomm-yfgs2026@sciencesconf.org  with Subject EFI26 YDP Application

All application materials must be combined into a single PDF file and include:

  • A short application letter

  • A curriculum vitae indicating the date of birth

  • A financial cost estimate (with sources) not covered by the YDP

  • The completed YDP support request form in this Link

Selection Process

All valid applications will be reviewed by the YDP Evaluation Panel. Results will be announced in February.
