Submission and Guidelines

Manuscript Guidelines:

Contributions may be submitted in two formats: two-page short papers or full papers (8–10 pages). Templates, submission procedures are available below. Only abstracts or papers with at least one registered author will be presented. Accepted abstracts will appear on DuE-Publico and the IFToMM Proceedings webpage, while full papers will be published in the Springer Nature Series Mechanism and Machine Science (MMS), in both print and digital versions. An Award Committee will recognize best papers in three categories and recommend up to six outstanding works for extended submission to the Journal Mechanism and Machine Theory. Early-career researchers are especially encouraged to submit initial-phase studies for open interaction with leading experts. To maintain the schedule, deadlines will not be extended; in case of force majeure, authors must contact the organizers in advance.

The official language of the conference YFGS is English. Each paper will be reviewed by the members of the Scientific Committee and accepted papers will be published in a book edited by Springer (Book series on MMS), http://www.springer.com/series/8779
