Registration Fees

To facilitate participation and enable more young researchers to attend, a single low registration fee has been introduced for the conference. This fee covers all conference activities, including Three days accommodation, meals, social events, and the conference banquet.

Registration Procedure:

The registration fee includes the complete program of the EFI-MMS 2026 Conference and paper publication.

Here are the conference fees: 

 Registration policy:

• For each submitted paper, at least one author must register, pay the conference fee and present the paper.
• The paper will be published in the Springer Proceedings book only if the registration form and proof of payment are sent to MAIL
• Registration as “accompanying person” does not entitle to attend the conference sessions or receive the conference kit, (including the proceedings book), but just to participate to social events.

Step 1: Preregistration
Please complete your personal information and select your registration fee category. A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly.

Step 2: Invoicing and Payment
Once your preregistration has been validated by the organizers, you will receive an email containing a link to access the invoicing and payment interface. Please complete the invoicing details (either your personal information or your institution’s details), then proceed to select the payment method.

Please, do not forget to write the ID number of the paper/papers for which the payment is made in case of bank transfer
