An updated version of the conference program, including the main activities, is now available online: Program.
All arrangements for the conference are currently in preparation. We are experiencing a slight delay in setting up the registration fee payment account; however, this issue should be resolved soon with our financial department. A specific email will be sent once the account is set up, including all details regarding the payment procedure.
Regarding conference attendance, the activities are scheduled as follows:
• April 14, 12:00 PM: Registration
• April 14, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM: MechDev Software Workshop (Workshop)
• April 15, 8:30 AM – April 17, 12:00 PM: Conference presentations and activities (Program)
• April 17 (afternoon) – April 18, 8:00 PM: Post-conference excursions
(Short or long excursions organized by the managing agency – Excursions)
As previously announced, the conference registration fees include hotel accommodation for three nights (April 14, 15, and 16). The Venue of the conference is Iberostar Kuriat Palace 5*
For additional services( Extra nights, excursion and transportation), they are arranged and invoiced separatly by the managing agency. Invoices will be transferred to you by the organizers and you can pay either by wire transfer, or on arrival by cash or credit card. Rates are as follow:
In order to organize all aspects of the conference, please complete this form to provide details regarding your participation, workshop attendance, accommodation, transportation, and post-conference activities. Stay Arrangement FORM
The stay arrangement form is monitored by the managing agency so that they handle booking extra nights, transportation and excursion logistic preeparation.
As transportation from Tunis Carthage airport to Monastir will be organized through private taxis or vans, and the cost will depend on the number of people sharing the ride, we suggest keeping the invoicing and payment for these services with the managing agency upon arrival (by cash or credit card). This will simplify the process for everyone.
If anyone needs to pay for these services in advance by bank transfer, please contact the organizers and they will arrange.
We will send the transport-pooling details about one week before the conference. You will also find an EFIMMS sign at the airport arrival exit to guide you.
